I went to pick up my laptop and the little piece that you stick in the laptop SNAPPED RIGHT OFF. I wasn't even rough with it, and it was only a month old. This was a piece of badness, but since I've got an old laptop I have to buy another anyway because I don't know where my warranty information went.

I am here buying my third cord. :( I am not rough with it, the cord just wears down fast. I haven't had my computer for a year yet and I am disappointed in this product. This time of year I really need my computer and for this to happen is frustrating.
