This is my second TOSHIBA Laptop, the first I got in Kuwait and it was great so I made my second Laptop a Toshiba for the great features.

So far I love everything about this machine; its looks, screen and speed. Only problem I am having is many, but not all - which is interesting - of my 32bit programs don't work and I have far too many programs to go out and buy them all again. Nonetheless, had I to do it over, I would buy it again. My "old" computer was a Toshiba and I loved it. I have had several others and Toshiba is the only brand I've never had any problem with. At work they gave me an HP laptop to use and all I use if for is getting agency email. I take my Toshiba with me and use it daily on the job. BTW, I've found that a the Expo Dry Erasable Eraser is great for cleaning the shiny black case.

This notebook is a decent machine for the price. The only downfall it that every thing you plug in goes in the side, which in my opinion is messy looking and inconvenient .

Don't like the trial verisons of MS Office or Norton. For the money you pay these software packages should be loaded and ready to use. If this is the wave of the future to lower costs I think you should find another way!
